Account details, booking and payment metadata (card data is handled by Stripe and never stored by Smeeple), session records where consented, and support messages linked to your account.

To operate the marketplace: matching consumers with experts, processing payments, sending transactional notifications, and improving relevance and safety.

4. Document handling

Verification documents and personal photos are stored in private storage and served through short-lived, signed links. Verification files are restricted to admin access.

5. Your choices

You can update your details, manage notification channels, and delete your account at any time from settings.
